Business Consulting

Business Consulting is very different from personal consulting and requires specific knowledge.  That said, to be a good business consultant you must know and understand people, because what is an organization if not a group of people that are working toward a common purpose? To try to “fix” the business without “fixing” the managers is doomed to fail.

One example is a company that had hired Mr. Granot’s services after it was failing in the last 1.5 years and having a lot of personal conflicts (they were about to close the company because of those quarrels). With good handling of the management’s personal issues, the board of directors was free to handle the business and they could apply Mr. Granot’s advices.

Here is the sales graph of almost 6 years (!) with revenue in millions of dollars, which positioned that company as #1 in the world in its niche.
